Door knocking… Most agents would love to do just about anything other than door knocking. Homeowners have a built up barrier for any solicitor that comes knocking on their door that you have to penetrate to make this prospecting technique effective. It can be frustrating and demoralizing, but only if you aren’t doing it properly.
It turns out that this traditional method of prospecting can be very effective if done properly. It doesn’t have to be tedious, it doesn’t have to be thankless. It can get you a significant number of leads, and maybe even... dare I say it? A little enjoyable.
