Clearview was established on January 1, 2014 when the towns in the area including the village of Creemore, the town of Stayner, and the Townships of Nottawasaga and Sunnidale were amalgamated.
Creemore established its first settlement in 1842 while early settlement to the Stayner area occurred between 1851 and 1855 when a railroad line was constructed between Toronto, Ontario and Collingwood, Ontario. Agriculture and Lumber were the two largest trades in Stayner and helped it develop quickly into a larger and more established town in the area. It was incorporated as a village in 1872 and a town in 1888. Creemore was incorporated as a village in 1889. Nottawasaga and Sunnidale were incorporated as townships early on (1851 and 1858 respectively) but did not grow at the rate of Stayner and remained townships until the amalgamation in 1994. Come and discover the historic story for yourself!

With twenty three years experience in the motorcycle industry I have been involved in a number of aspects including sales, marketing, media relations, dealer development, manufacturing, racing and mechanical. Most notable I was involved in the early development of Indian Motorcycle. I was a core component of the production, design and cosmetic conception of the first motorcycle in forty three years, the 1999 Indian Chief. I also was directly responsible for the marketing of the first promotional brochure, writing the owners manual and contributed to a functional motorcycle clothing line. I produced a North American development program along with a roll out plan assisting in the creation of the initial dealer locations across Canada and most of the USA. My recent investment as operating partner of a resort restaurant has proved my management, sales and problem solving abilities are transferable and applicable in other industries. Since joining organized Real Estate in 2008 I have applied all that I have learned and created a proven system that has excelled me to be one of the top agents in Century 21 Millennium Inc. in 2012. I have now expanded my team to include Josee Rivard a second licenced salesperson. My plan is to continue to embrace new technologies and make sure customer service is never forgotten.
From the very beginning, I've always worked in the hospitality field and have never felt the urge to try something new. My most recent career was being a Flight Attendant with Air Canada. Although I loved it immensely, I felt the long hours of flight time combined with the never ending line up of hotels was not quite what I had envisioned myself doing as a career. I love meeting new people daily. This works very well in Real Estate as my goal is to keep the process of buying or selling a house fun, efficient and less of a burden and more of an exciting time as it should be.
