We have been top producers since 2012. Kevin has volunteered within the local Real Estate community and became President of the SGBAR(Southern Georgian Bay Associations of Realtors) in 2015. Normally only a one-year term, in late 2015 it became evident that his skills and leadership were required for a 2nd year and continued his role in 2016 as President of SGBAR and successfully helped lead largest data amalgamation in North America. In total Kevin was also the director of the professional standards and discipline committee for 8 years.

Kevin’s accomplishments include being a part of the early development of Indian Motorcycle. He was a core component of the production, design and cosmetic conception of the first Indian Motorcycle produced in 43 years, the 1999 Indian Chief. Many Remember the Indian Motorcycle Restaurant and his own dealership in Downtown Toronto. Kevin moved up to Blue Mountain to take over operations of the restaurant at The Village at Blue, changing the name to Original Motorcycle increasing sales and then selling it in 2007 then transitioned to Real Estate shortly after.

Kevin and Josée joined forces in 2011. Josée’s sales ability, hotel management and hospitality background were a perfect fit. The pair were a winning combination and immediately hit #1 in the brokerage that year! They also own three properties in The Blue Mountains ranging from a 30 acre hobby farm near Banks on top of Blue Mountain as well as 2 STA’s (short term accommodation) properties in Tyrolean Village and Historic Snowbridge. In January 2017, Kevin and Josée decided to hire an Executive Assistant Sandie Lloyd a long-time top producer assistant who has now become an integral part of the team combination helping with everything from Listing Organization, Client Communication to Investment Property Management and everything in between.

Hiring our team will mean you are professionally represented at all times by ALL THREE of us. Our progressive marketing and attention to detail are always present and on point. We lead by innovation and progressive thinking. We are one of the Top Teams over much bigger teams for a reason.
      Let us show you why!
