Welcome to 26 Prince Rupert Drive, a sprawling 1.28 acre estate lot nestled within a prestigious enclave in one of Courtice’s most sought-after rural neighbourhoods.

This property is beautifully landscaped front and back, and has a stone walkway connecting the two front entrances - while the 4+2 bedroom home itself showcases four washrooms in total, as well as a lower level in-law suite with its own separate entrance.

The main level has a centre hall layout with a new floating hardwood staircase to the upper level, where a chandelier suspended from a trimmed ceiling illuminates the upper hall and the main level reception area.

To the left is the formal living room - which features an elegant crystal light fixture, wall cut-outs along its hallway wall for added openness, crown moldings, two arched windows with raised ceiling above them, as well as a wood-burning fireplace with a stone mantle. Like the remaining principal rooms, this entertaining space is very generous in size - and its dark hardwood flooring, pot lights, and California shutters are also showcased throughout much of this level - which additionally features ceiling speakers, a tasteful neutral decor, as well as large windows with multiple exposures for natural lighting and outdoor views.

The family room is fully open to the kitchen and its breakfast area - where a garden door walk-out allows entertaining to spill to the stunning backyard oasis during the warm weather months.

Showcasing multiple patterned concrete patio areas - one which is covered by a wood gazebo; a heated in-ground saltwater pool with waterfalls, a concrete deck, and raised stone garden beds; as well as a fire pit - the property is surrounded by trees for added privacy, and the backyard has more than abundant space for additional entertaining areas, flower or vegetable gardens, as well as play structures for children.

The custom kitchen showcases a contemporary farmhouse light fixture above an island with seating and a prep sink; granite counters and stone and glass mosaic-tiled back splashes; stainless steel appliances, as well as a stainless steel double sink; and its cabinetry features molded uppers and valance lighting, its storage complemented with a walk-in pantry - and there is more storage in the adjacent butler’s pantry, which has a French door fridge, a servery counter, and access to the formal dining room.

The dining room features an elegant chandelier, a Palladian window, as well as a trimmed accent wall - and the convenience of a walk-in storage closet.

Off the side hall of this level’s west wing is where you find a laundry room with front load washer and dryer, as well as a side door from the backyard - which provides a short cut to a washroom across the hall for post-swimming wash-up. Next to the laundry room is a private home office; the hallway end has an entry to the garage; while the secondary front entrance opens into a sunken mudroom.

The upper level hallway features pot lighting, wainscoting, a storage closet, two corner linen closets, and an arched south-facing window - and this level also features dark wooden flooring throughout, large windows with multiple exposures, as well as four very spacious bedrooms. The third and fourth bedrooms have double closets, the second bedroom features a walk-in closet, as well as a ceiling fan - and these three bedrooms share use of the main 4-pc washroom.

A double door entry opens into the serenity of the master suite - which enjoys views of the sprawling backyard; has both a walk-in and a double closet; while its ensuite washroom showcases vinyl plank flooring, a corner tub, a vanity with stone counter, and a glass shower - with both the shower and bath areas featuring ceramic finishes with mosaic accent borders.

Off the ceramic tiled landing of the finished lower level is a cold room, a bonus room, as well as two double closets for storage - with the remainder of this level used fully as an in-law suite, while having the potential to be divided between households - and much of it showcasing vinyl plank flooring, pot lighting, and oversized basement windows.

The in-law suite features an eat-in kitchen; a spacious bedroom; a family recreation area with ceramic-tiled stairs to the separate entrance; a bonus room; and a 3-pc washroom.

The remainder of this level showcases both a huge recreation area with a gas fireplace, and a very generously sized bedroom - these two spaces also accessible off the lower landing, which allows for exclusive homeowner use, if desired.

This exceptional estate home and property is minutes to the Pebblestone Golf Course, as well as to schools, parks, community and recreational facilities, shopping, restaurants, and farmer’s markets - with access to Hwys 401 and the 407 just short drives away.
