Welcome to this beautiful rarely offered Ravine Lot at 38 Beath St.

This home is located in a charming little pocket of West Hill and is situated towards the end of a quiet cul de sac that is quickly being converted with unique Custom Built Homes. This is not your typical cookie cutter subdivision. Each home in this area is unique.

Your covered front porch is perfect for afternoon tea and gives way to a Double Door Entry.

Large spanning windows engulf this home with an abundance of natural sun light.

The main floor consists of a kitchen, family room, a separate formal Living and Dining Room and a Fantastic Solarium that is perfect for reading, an afternoon nap, home office, play area or just about anything your imagination will allow.

The family room is cozy and spacious and nicely removed from the formal living and dining room.

The Living and Dining Room consist of hardwood floors and almost wall to wall windows with clear views of both your front yard and your breathtaking Ravine Lot, both of which you can watch the frolicking bunnies and from time to time maybe catch a deer in the back. Not so interested in seeing a deer? Well that’s nothing that a fence can’t fix.

The kitchen is complete with 2 windows facing your Ravine Lot, a computer nook and a Pantry for ample storage. This part of the home is adorable with tons of counter space and it also welcomes any personal touches you’d like to bring to it.

This home also has a separate entrance into a large mudroom and it is conveniently located between the main and lower level so it can easily be used by both.

38 Beath St. is where you can enjoy a quiet cul de sac while still being walking distance to Transit, Parks, Trails, a Dog Park, Goodlife Fitness, Shopping and even a Rec Center. It is also just minutes to U of T, 2 Centennial Colleges and Centenary Hospital.

Scarborough

In the 17th century, the area where Scarborough is today was inhabited by a couple of different indigenous groups, namely the Seneca and the Mississaugas.

The European settlers arrived in 1793 to survey the land for possible settlement. In 1796 the British groups began flocking to the area. Some of the first settlers worked as stonemasons. David and Andrew Thomson, the first settlers, were responsible for the creation of the Thomson Settlement, which was a small village in the area.

In 1967 Scarborough was officially incorporated as a borough. Then in 1998 Scarborough was amalgamated with North York, Etobicoke, York, East York and the old city of Toronto to become what is now known as present day Toronto.
